    • Billing and contract data

    This data is processed for the provision and administration of the platform.

    6. Location data

    The app can use location data to:

    • to determine a user’s current location,
    • to find nearby drivers,
    • To efficiently arrange journeys,
    • to calculate arrival times,
    • to enable the execution of a journey.

    Location data is only processed if the user has granted the corresponding permissions.

    7. Disclosure of personal data

    Personal data will only be disclosed to the extent necessary for the provision of the offered services or where there is a legal obligation to do so.

    Data may be shared in particular with:

    • Drivers to carry out booked journeys,
    • Taxi companies for order processing,
    • technical service providers and hosting providers,
    • Payment service providers (if required),
    • Authorities and public bodies when legally obligated.

    Your data will not be shared for advertising purposes.

    8. Storage duration

    Personal data is stored only as long as is necessary for the respective processing purposes or as long as statutory retention periods exist.

    After the respective deadlines have expired, the data will be deleted or anonymized.
