Object of the Platform<\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Niloo GmbH operates a digital platform for connecting customers, taxi companies, drivers, and other mobility service providers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The platform serves in particular:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">digital communication between customers and mobility providers,<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">the management and dispatching of booking requests,<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">the provision of technical infrastructure,<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">the organization and execution of mobility services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Niloo can assume different roles in this process:<\/p>\n<p>\n      a) Provision of a technical platform for affiliated taxi companies and mobility providers<br \/>\n      or<br \/>\n      b) Dispatching of rides between customers and suitable transport companies or drivers.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The respective role is transparently displayed to the user within the app or during the booking process.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"translation-block\">2. Role of Niloo<\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Niloo is a digital mobility platform.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Depending on the function offered, Niloo may:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">provide technical infrastructure,<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">dispatch bookings between customers and taxi companies,<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">offer communication services,<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">enable digital payment and administrative functions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">If Niloo acts exclusively as a technical platform, the transport service is provided solely by the respective taxi company.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">If Niloo dispatches a ride or acts as the provider of a dispatch service, the corresponding booking conditions within the app apply.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"translation-block\">3. Carriage Contract<\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The transport contract is concluded depending on the model:<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Model A \u2013 Taxi Company as the Service Provider<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The contract for the ride is concluded between the customer and the taxi company.<\/p>\n<p>Das Taxiunternehmen ist verantwortlich f\u00fcr:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">drivers,<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">vehicles,<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">execution of the ride,<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">pricing,<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">invoicing,<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">compliance with legal regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Model B \u2013 Dispatch via Niloo<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">For rides dispatched via Niloo, Niloo supports the booking process and dispatches suitable drivers or companies.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The specific information regarding the ride, price, and contractual partner is displayed to the customer before the booking is completed.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"translation-block\">4. Prices<\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Prices may be determined depending on the respective offer by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">taxi companies,<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">mobility providers,<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">or Niloo, if Niloo provides its own dispatch models or offers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The price displayed in each case is part of the booking process.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"translation-block\">5. Registration and User Account<\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Users must provide correct information when creating an account.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Niloo can block or restrict accounts if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">incorrect information is provided,<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">the platform is misused,<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">legal regulations are violated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"translation-block\">6. Cancellations and No-Shows<\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Regulations regarding:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">cancellations,<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">waiting times,<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">fees,<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">refunds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">may apply depending on the respective provider or dispatch model and will be displayed before the booking is completed.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"translation-block\">7. Drivers and Partner Companies<\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Partner companies and drivers are obliged to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">comply with legal requirements,<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">possess valid permits,<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">provide safe vehicles,<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">offer professional services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"translation-block\">8. Liability<\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Niloo is not liable for services provided exclusively by independent taxi companies or drivers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">This applies in particular to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">execution of a ride,<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">conduct of a driver,<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">vehicle condition,<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">delays,<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">quality of transport.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">To the extent that Niloo provides its own dispatch or platform services, Niloo is liable in accordance with legal regulations.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"translation-block\">9. Extension of the Offer<\/h2>\n<p>Niloo ist berechtigt, weitere Mobilit\u00e4tsangebote, Vermittlungsmodelle oder Dienstleistungen anzubieten und die Plattform entsprechend weiterzuentwickeln.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"translation-block\">10.
